In the lecture on Service Design Basics by Birgit Mager the students were introduced to the theory and key concepts at the ground of Service Design, Service Innovation, and the related design processes. The 2-day introduction combined theoretical input with case studies and practical exercises.
Over the course of the lecture, students could get a grasp of the Service Design approach and what it means to do Service Innovation, and have a first exposition to different processes and tools while maintaining an user-centered mindset.
