How can we build trust in a costumer/user of a service? During Service Branding lecture, held by Silvia Barbieri, students will learn the foundations of branding, in terms of brand strategy and brand language, and how to manage a brand keeping it always vibrant.
The aim of this course is to provide an immersion in the world of branding, empowering the students with know-how, tool and an initial mindset to approach the subject. How can we create a service design brand? How can we then manage it? Are there any specific rules for service branding?
The program of the day will focus on the key-components of a brand strategy and on the unique features of service branding. After learning how to to turn a strategy into an effective brand language, students will face a practical exercise: “the reasons” of a choice.
