Today the Master Board launched the Final project each student will have to individually carry on in order to receive the First-Level Specializing Master Degree in Service Design. The project consists in analyzing an existing and innovative service launched in recent years, and in a re-design task where the student imagines how to improve the service under defined aspects. The purpose is to assess the analytical, theoretical, and practical skills acquired by the student throughout the Master program.
The phases of the Final project include a desk and field research, the interpretation of collected data, the re-design proposal explained through design tools and methods, and the production of deliverables for the exam, including a report, a video, an interactive prototype and presentation slides. During the course of the next weeks the Master Board will conduct individual reviews with the students to start deciding on which service to focus on for the project. Stay tuned!
