Jan is a service design consultant at Livework. With a particular interest in empowering organisations to work in a customer centric way, he is just as interested in the people developing and delivering the services as he is in the people using them. Having lived and worked from East-Asia to the US and across Europe, he has a deep-rooted belief that cross-functional and cross-cultural collaborations will create services that employees and customers will enjoy equally, that organisations will be able to deliver, all while providing business value.
