Marc Garcia Fortuny co-founded We Question Our Project, a service design consultancy based in Barcelona that helps businesses and governments improving their services – digital and face-to-face. He works by creating spaces where everything can be questioned and by initiating interactions between service providers and customers. His work is not only with local and regional clients, but span across businesses in Europe and South America.

He holds a Postgraduate degree in Design Thinking and Innovation from Elisava Design School and an MBA from EADA Business School. He originally studied and worked as a graphic and digital designer.

He is a regular speaker at Service Design events such as the Barcelona Design Week, the Barcelona Service Design Days, the Innovation Week in Rome and the Service Design in Government in London and Edinburgh conferences where for the past 3 years he has also been a member of its selecting panel.

He contributed as a co-author to ‘This is Service Design Doing’ book by sharing a case study on finding the opportunities for innovation in patient experience at Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona Children’s Hospital.

He has been promoting service design for governments and public services by hosting the Barcelona GovJam since 2013.

He lectures Service Design at BAU Design School in Barcelona. He is also a visiting lecturer at other universities such as the Politecnico di Milano (Italy) – , the Central Saint Martins in London (UK) and the USFQ – Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador).
