Valentina D’Addato

Service and experience designer trained at Politecnico of Milan, She uses design as a method to explore the world, create innovation and imagine future solutions.
She mostly works about ethnographic and user research, mainly in the field of tourism, culture and social innovation. Specialized in understanding human behaviours and user needs, exploring the user experience, observing people to discover their habits and to identify their needs and desires, searching for opportunity areas and critical issues in order to design innovative solutions or to redesign existing services and make it better.
She is very interested in the social impact of designing services and experiences.She is currently working as a freelance and consultant across different sectors and teaching service design at the Master of Poli.design and in IED of Milan.
