Vincenzo Di Maria is a service designer with international experience based in Bologna. He works across different sectors and he is interested in the social impact of designing services and transforming organizations. He studied industrial design at ISIA Rome, Plymouth University and graduated from a Master at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. Vincenzo is co-founder of commonground srl, a user-centered design practice and community. He is involved with client management, project delivery, workshop planning and creative facilitation, ranging from personal coaching to group training and strategic consulting. Currently he is working as Academic coordinator for the Food Innovation Program at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Former president of Architecta, the Italian society for information architecture, Vincenzo is interested in professional communities of practice and acting as a network catalyst to enable interdisciplinary contamination, collaboration and cultural exchange.
