This last week we have had the huge opportunity to chellenge ourselves together with ActionAid Italia.
It has been a four days long journey made of discussion and hard work.
The goal was to explore retails and malls searching for a new way to enable people to get in touch with the ActionAid’s world.
We dived into deep research on retails’ customers, mapping out insights, weaknesses and opportunities, analyzing experiences and communication tools, helped by Tiziana Caglioti, head of communication in ActionAid Italia. Alessandro Confalonieri, director of Intersezioni, leaded us in the development of future concepts able to involve people into a deeper and stronger engagement with communities abroad by conveying a wider and re-focused knowledge on ActionAid’s activities.
Christmas’ coming, but the master will go on for a new week of exploration!
