SERVICE DESIGN TOOLS
Service Design Tools is an online platform bridging academic research and professional practices. It’s an open collection of tools and tutorials that that helps students and practitioners approach service design and deal with complex design challenges. Founded in 2009 by Roberta Tassi from Oblo, since 2020 an updated release of the platform was issued, also introducing the collaboration with the Master and Service Innovation Academy of POLI.design to further develop the platform and evolve the project, with additional content and initiatives.
On a voluntary basis, during the Master’s didactic, students can contribute to the platform by proposing:
- – A tool that hasn’t been described on the platform yet (new tool)
- – A case study of the application of a tool that is already present on the platform (new case study)
