During the lecture Visualization Softwares held by Enrico Tedoldi students will learn which are the first steps to make their services real. Indeed Service Designers are asked to develop skills and use tools in order to visualize the intangibility of services.
How can we describe a user experience with a product or service to the client? How can we explain a specific feature of the project? And how can we test it? As Service Designers we need to be able to visualize concepts and experiences, to represent emotions and interactions flows.
Students are already facing a brand new challenge, tomorrow we will find out what they are working on!
