Each professional needs specific tools to complete his work and so do Service Designers. But which are them?
During Service Design Tools lecture by Roberta Tassi, students will experience a deep-dive into the toolbox of service designers, covering the main methods and techniques that support their everyday work, from research to ideation and implementation of new service models.
In order to handle the inner complexity that characterizes the Design of Services, this toolbox contains a broad set of methodologies and conceptual frameworks, some of which inherited from other disciplines and some others directly linked to the history of Service Design.
At the end of the three days students will get an overview of each of the tools, both seeing examples of real service design projects application, both practicing the use of each technique.
